All entries will be advised once approved and must attend an orientation presentation all entries must be received before midnight November 1st, 2019 and accompanied with the entry ($250) and administration ($100) fees. Non-profit organizations can apply to the SantaFest Committee to have all fees waived. The $100 administration fee will be waived for all early registration received prior to midnight October 18th, 2019.

On behalf of the above-mentioned organization, I understand and accept all guidelines as outlined above. This information is being obtained for the purpose of registration. The applicant hereby consents to public access of information provided for the purpose of marketing and advertising of this event. The applicant hereby consents to distribution of photographs and/or videography taken during the planning and day of event for the purpose of marketing and/or advertising. The applicant also agrees to consent to media distribution for the purpose of public promotion.
